Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Verily piece, but if it isn't quite right for you, we're happy to accept returns that meet the requirements below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition
Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or other signs of wear
Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at wearverily@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
The item you'd like to return
The reason for your return

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Verily Collection is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to make sure it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at wearverily@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue and, when applicable, cover the necessary return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us at wearverily@gmail.com and we'll let you know what options are available.
